About the role
Looking for a strategic Go-To-Market and B2B Growth Leader who can crack the massive sub-broker ecosystem in India. There is an army of over 50,000 sub-brokers (Authorized Participants) who manage retail clients and trading volumes. Your core objective will be to understand their exact needs, build the acquisition pipeline, and successfully onboard these sub-brokers onto the GM Markets platform.
What you will work on
- Mapping out and executing a GTM strategy to penetrate the existing sub-broker and discount broker networks in India.
- Working with the product and engineering teams to build the exact features (e.g., global US stock access, cross-margin leverage, customized dashboards) that sub-brokers need to migrate their book of business.
- Driving B2B sales and partnerships to secure high daily order volumes and significant liquidity on the platform.
Must have requirements
- Deep insight and hands-on experience working with sub-brokers, brokers, or major discount brokerage platforms (e.g., Angel One, Zerodha, Groww).
- Crystal-clear understanding of Product-Market Fit (PMF) in this space; you should be able to articulate exactly what sub-brokers need in a single sentence without needing to "discover" it from scratch.
- Strong strategic vision on how to crack the market for a new, globally-focused entrant.
Good to have requirements
- An existing, warm network of broker and sub-broker connections to accelerate initial onboarding.
- Educational background from a top-tier engineering or business institution.
