About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical and creative Retail Customer Acquisition Specialist. While our B2B team focuses on sub-brokers, your mandate is to directly attract and convert individual retail traders. You will be the architect behind our consumer-facing growth engine.

What you will work on

- Designing, launching, and scaling high-volume user acquisition campaigns aimed at retail traders. - Identifying the core value propositions that resonate with retail users (e.g., UI/UX, margin capabilities, specific asset access) and tailoring marketing efforts to match. - Collaborating with external agencies and managing performance marketing budgets to drive low CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and high LTV (Lifetime Value).

Must have

- Proven past experience running successful retail customer acquisition campaigns, specifically within the fintech, trading, or wealth-tech sectors. - Deep understanding of retail trader psychology—knowing exactly what drives a user to sign up, deposit, and trade actively. - Ability to track, analyze, and optimize campaign metrics strictly geared towards financial products.

Good to have

- Previous experience working in an agency environment managing large-scale fintech campaigns. - Understanding of the discount broker business model (e.g., flat fee per order vs. volume percentage).
